Yoram Yahav

CEO

is an accomplished global executive, management thought leader & adventurer, who filled management & CEO positions in Israel, Russia and in the US in Fortune 500 companies. 

As senior advisor to Israel’s Prime Minister, the late Yitzchak Rabin, he founded the US-Israel Hi-Tech Commission which was an initiation of President Bill Clinton. As CEO of the Yoyah Group, he has been instrumental in helping governments, leaders and organizations worldwide in utilizing a futuristic strategy which helped them design and implement their strategy. 

He holds an MBA from USC (University of California), double BA degrees in economics and psychology from UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) and is a graduate of Harvard YPO Business School program. He has a Black Belt in Ninjuso and his "Photograph From the Future" newsletter gets read by people in over fifty countries


Dr. Shuki Gleitman

Dr. Shuki Gleitman

Chairman

Shuki serves as Yoyah’s Chairman of the Board. He has been a driving force in establishing government and industry-led technology initiatives. They include creation of the incubator programs to substantial venture capital raising schemes. 

He served as Chief Scientist and Director General of Israel’s Ministry of Industry and Trade where he allocated large R&D grants to the hi-tech industry. Shuki was part of the management of some of the biggest High Tech companies in Israel. 

Today, Gleitman is the Chairman of GIBF (Guangzhou Biotech Funds), Chairman of Capital Point (public TASE), Chairman of Teuza (public TASE) and Senior Advisor to the World Bank (National Innovation Policy). He also serves as the Honorary Consul General of Singapore in Israel and has recently received a prize of Excellency from the Singaporean President.

Dr. Gleitman holds a Ph.D. (with distinction), M.Sc. (with distinction) and B.Sc. in Physical Chemistry, Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Shuki is a devoted athlete with main interest in off road biking and running.

David is Yoyah’s international special projects director. Committed to justice as a licensed attorney in California and Israel, David seeks to be a catalyst towards a paradigm shift to care for creation and spiritual values to curb climate change and mitigate its impacts. He is also on the boards of Pinat Shorashim, an experiential Jewish learning park and the Jewish National Fund, the forestry manager for the State. David served as the executive director of the US-Israel Science and Technology Commission, established by President Clinton and Prime Minister Rabin. He is a graduate of UC Berley and Loyola Law School

David engages in social entrepreneurial ventures to repair a broken world. He was part of the founding team of BrightSource Energy, a world-leading solar energy company. Currently, David serves as Chair of the Board of two NGO’s, the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development and Tevel B’Tzedek ("Earth in Justice”). 

He has chaired the leading national environmental organization, and the Heschel Center for Sustainability.

Pinky Alukel

Pinky Alukel

Is Yoyah Group's Operations Manager and Personal Assistant to the Group’s CEO – Yoram Yahav. Pinky previously was the office manager at Darya agency in Tel Aviv.

Before that she worked at Diesenhaus for 12 years and advanced to a team supervisor.

AS an Indian native, she has traveled the world and has explored many cultures and countries. Pinky studied at Natour agency and specialized in the European region. She was sent to the United States for her professional career and is bringing To the Yoyah Group much culture diversity.

Prof. Shlomo Maital

Prof. Shlomo Maital

is a global expert on profit-driven innovation management who was key in developing breakthrough action learning processes. As Academic Director of the Technion Institute of Management and Professor of Economics & Management at the Technion, he was instrumental in transforming management teams into global success stories. Maital wrote and edited many books including; Global Risk/Global Opportunity, Innovation Management and more. He was visiting Professor at MIT Sloan School of Management program for 20 years. Today he is Professor (Emer.), Senior Research Associate at the Neaman Institute, the Technion, and a contributor to Yoyah Group’s newsletter.
Prof. Mitch Koza

Prof. Mitch Koza

is an internationally recognized expert on business strategy and management with a keen perspective on global business policy. Koza chairs the International Strategic Management Center at the Cranfield School of Management and serves as Director of the Cranfield Center for International Business. He co-founded and directed the Senior Management Partnership and Strategic Alliances program at INSEAD, France, where he provided management programs to a consortium of 30 European multi-nationals. He held appointments at UCLA, New York University, Yale University, and the University of Chicago. He holds a Masters degree, Harvard University and a Doctorate, University of Chicago

She has designed and delivered leadership development programs as well as executive and career coaching to Fortune 500 companies and growing enterprises. Eva is founder and President of Wise Leaders Consultancy, located in New York. As Senior V.P, Manchester, Inc., Eva provided innovative global leadership and career development programs. Eva has a M.A in Psychology and Career Counseling NYU, and a B.A in Art History, Farleigh Dickenson University.

Gilad Adin

Gilad Adin

is a leading reporter, news editor and lecturer in media at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzelia (IDC). Gilad developed Yoyah FMS (Futurist Media Solutions) for companies seeking innovative media tools. He heads his own digital media company specializing in creative media strategy and technology. Gilad previously served as CEO and chief editor of Israel’s Channel 10 news. Prior to that he served as a TV reporter at Israel’s Channel 1, where he covered media, business, education and other editorial topics. He was also editor and documentary director on current affairs programs.

Yael Varsano-Barzilay

Yael Varsano-Barzilay

Yael has a diverse work background in the private and public sectors.

For more than 15 years Yael has been working closely with CEOs and Management Teams of global companies in Israel and abroad. As the former Israeli trade attaché to Canada, she was involved in seeking strategic partners and Joint Ventures for companies in Israel and North America, working closely with the different levels of government and organizations.

As the former manager of ExecuTIM program at TIM, she managed global executive development programs and had the opportunity to collaborate with the world class faculty from top universities in such as Harvard, IMD, MIT and Insead. She has worked with the management teams of TEVA, IBM, GE, Amdocs, and many others. Yael holds a M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior and a B.A in Political Science (with honors), both from Tel-Aviv University.

co-directs the Center for Public Leadership – Harvard University’s J.F.K School of Government, which provides strategy and tactics for mobilizing adaptive work in politics, businesses, and non-profits. His leadership and authority courses are among the mostly valued at Harvard. Being a pioneering leadership thought leader, Heifetz speaks and consults global organization leaders regularly. Heifetz previously was a Psychiatry Clinical Instructor, Harvard Medical School. He is a graduate of Columbia University, Harvard Medical School and the J.F.K School of Government.

Prof. Ingemar Dietrickx

Being an outstanding expert in negotiation practice, Professor Dierickx assisted many leaders in developing negotiating skills. His research on the microeconomic foundations of strategy and negotiation analysis has been widely published. As a negotiator, he represented people and organizations in wide scale industries. He launched a Negotiation Dynamics program at Insead, directed it for 15 years and received many awards. He holds a PhD in Business Economics, an MBA from Harvard, a law degree from Harvard Law School (LLM) and the Rijksuniversiteit Gent (Lic. Jur).

He was Dean of MIT Sloan School of Management. As a leading voice in global economics and a business leader himself, Thurow will help to boldly lead your organization to global success. He graduated from Williams College, received a M.A. on a Rhodes scholarship, Balliol College (Oxford) & a Ph.D. in Economics, Harvard University where he later taught. He is currently an economics columnist for Boston Globe and USA today.

Debbie Meltzer

Debbie Meltzer

is responsible for Yoyah Group marketing. She also developed Yoyah FBS (Futurist Branding Solutions), heralding a new, fluid approach – from beta branding to participative branding. As principle of Impact, she delivered marketing services to widespread industries including; hi-tech, med-tech, plastics, consumer, fashion, more… She filled marketing and business development roles for a decade in hi-tech. Meltzer previously worked in Australia in public relations and as a reporter. She holds a M.A in Marketing, Monash University and a B.A in Psychology, Melbourne University.
